Last week we did a fire safety theme for school and were blessed to be able to go on our first field trip this year to the Allendale Fire Station, where my friend Lindsey, gave the kids a mini fire safety lesson and let the kids sit in a few of the engines!!!
They had both hoped they would be able to try on a real fire helmet!
